Dr. Bald & Associates has been providing excellent oral surgery care for people in the Albemarle Region since 1990. Dr. Bald has extracted over 350,000 teeth in his 38 year career. To better serve your needs, we have two locations; Elizabeth City, NC, and in Nags Head, NC. At both locations we pull teeth AND place implants, do biopsies, treat broken jaw bones, and many other services.

Please call us for your oral surgery needs. We accept referrals but a referral is not required. Be prepared to give us your insurance information so that we can contact your insurance and give you an estimate prior to being seen. If you have no insurance, we are happy to give you a quote.

If you need a payment plan, we participate with Care Credit, and Scratchpay. You can apply for these from our Payment Options tab. We do not offer in house financing. We are out of network but will file your claim for most commercial insurance companies. Call us with your insurance information and we will be happy to give you an estimate. We do not participate with Medicaid. We can still see you as a patient, but you will need to pay the total cost out of pocket.
