Dr. Bald & Associates has been providing excellent oral surgery care for people in the Albemarle Region since 1990. Dr. Bald has extracted over 350,000 teeth in his 38 year career. To better serve your needs, we have two locations; Elizabeth City, NC, and in Nags Head, NC. At both locations we pull teeth AND place implants, do biopsies, treat broken jaw bones, and many other services.
Please call us for your oral surgery needs. We accept referrals but a referral is not required. Be prepared to give us your insurance information so that we can contact your insurance and give you an estimate prior to being seen. If you have no insurance, we are happy to give you a quote.
If you need a payment plan, we accept CareCredit and Cherry financing. You can apply for either option through the Payment Options tab on our website. Please note that we do not offer in-house financing. We are currently in-network with Cigna Total and Total Plus plans. For most other commercial insurance plans, we are out of network, but we will gladly file your claim on your behalf. If you would like an estimate, please call our office with your insurance information and we will be happy to assist you. We do not participate with Medicaid. However, you are still welcome to be seen as a patient; services will need to be paid in full out of pocket at the time of treatment.
